Activity: La Casa Summer Food Service Program--ROOSEVELT

Description: The Summer Food Service Program provides FREE nutritious meals to children 18 and under in Clovis and Portales! This program is sponsored by La Casa Family Health Center, NM CYFD Family Nutrition Bureau, and the USDA.    
For Ages: 1-18 yrs
Cost: FREE!
When: Portales--May 28- Aug 2,   Breakfast 8:30a- 10a  Lunch 11:30a - 1p    
Where: Breakfast 8:30 A.M.-10:00 A.M Lunch 11:00 P.M. - 12:30 P.M.
Buena Vida Park, City Park, Lindsey Park, Morrison Park, Portales High School Summer Programs, Enchantment Kiddie Academy, Honey Babes Child Care LLC, James Elementary, Portales Jr. High, and Rotary Park 
In addition to the sites listed above lunch will also be served at Alta Terra, ENMU Sports Camps, Floyd Schools Sports Camps, and any camps or school programs throughout the summer.

Other info:  This year we will return to the pre-pandemic practice of serving breakfast and lunch at separate times.  Also, the children must be present, in line and must eat their meals at the site.  THERE WILL BE N0 GRAB AND GO SERVICES THIS YEAR! Arts Academy at Bella Vista, Dennis Chavez Park, Doc Stewart Pavillion, Highland Park, La Casita Elementary, Maria's Montessori School, First Methodist Church, Homestead Site, Jaslynn's Daycare, , Potter Park, Salvation Army, Sandia Elementary, St John's Baptist Church, Westbrook Baptist Church, Hillcrest park (by YRB). Marshall 6th Grade Acadamy, Lockwood Elementary. CHs Freshman Academy, Clovis High School, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Lions Park, and Windy Plains housings.
In addition to sites listed above lunch will also be served at: Green Acres Park, Homestead Site, Sunrise Trailer Park, Patrick Sandoval Park and Sunset Park

Lunch will be provided from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Melrose Schools Playground.
