NM211 operations for seven of the eight 211 Call Centers
are hosted by United Ways and one is operated by a Health Council.
In New Mexico our Community Navigators are professionals
who strive to reduce the stress and frustration of New Mexicans
with need of services, programs, and assistance.
NM211 Call Centers research, curate, and maintain a
comprehensive database of resources so that our
Community Navigators base their referrals on the most
accurate and updated information possible.
