Volunteering and Mentoring in Our Schools

There are several Clovis elementary schools that have programs for volunteers to join (they are below) and all schools would love your help in numerous ways, simply visit with the principal or secretary at your neighborhood school! All volunteers will be asked to fill out an application, receive a training, and submit to a background check.

James Bickely Elem.	575-769-4450	Theresa Span	Volunteers work with children needed extra reading help from a lesson plan. Typically 40 minute sessions anytime during the school day. When possible volunteers will mentor one child over many months.
Lockwood Elem	575-769-4465	Madge	Volunteers needed for half hour to hour for reading and tutoring.
Arts Academy at Bella Vista	575-769-4435		Volunteers are always welcome and work in many capacities.
